Adrian Dix believes Abbotsford West riding winnable
Adrian Dix was
Louis Vuitton Australia in Abbotsford Wednesday morning to look at more of his party's podium and to support his neighborhood candidates.
A crowd of fans cheered outside Matsqui Centennial Auditorium, as the Bc NDP leader told them his party represents the Fraser Valley.
While Abbotsford has long been a Liberal stronghold, Dix claimed he has spent a lot of time in the Valley and believes this NDP will "succeed in constituencies that they have certainly not won before."
"Vancouver Point Grey, Premier Clark's riding, Abbotsford Western world the finance minister's riding (MLA Henry de Jong) these are ridings that I'm jogging to win," said

Candidate Sukhi Dhami is representing the NDP in Abbotsford West. Other competitors include Independent Moe Gill, Stephen O'Shea of the Natural Party and Conservative Henry Redekopp.

In the course of Wednesday's visit, Dix unveiled the next cedar plank in the party's platform, which include building a sustainable economy along with creating new jobs.
